Gloria McCauley was recently chosen as Deputy Mayor at the 2010 Reorganization Meeting and was appointed to her second term on the Finance Committee.  Deputy Mayor McCauley serves as liaison to the following Boards and Commissions: Economic and Business Development Commission, Hillsborough-Millstone Municipal Alliance, Parks Commission, Recreation Commission, Senior Citizen Housing Council, Sign Review Committee and Sustainable Hillsborough Committee.  Prior to being elected to the Township Committee in 2008, Deputy Mayor McCauley, a 20 year Hillsborough resident and local businesswoman, served as an elected member of the Township’s Charter Study Commission in 2007.
