Building Permits Must Be Paid Prior to Inspection

Please be advised, you may be receiving notifications from the building department about an unpaid permit which, if left unpaid, could void-out the permit. Permits must be paid in full in order for the Building Department to conduct the required inspections. If your permit is voided out, you would then be required to re-apply for the permit.
