Building a Shed

Looking to build a shed on your property? A shed is defined as a freestanding accessory structure or building which does not exceed 200 square feet and is used primarily for storage purposes, excluding motor vehicles, and not designed to be served by heat, electricity, or plumbing with a maximum height of 12 feet. Please file a zoning permit with the Planning and Zoning Department to start the application process.
