A Reminder to Clear Storm Drains of Debris

A reminder to all Hillsborough Township residents to keep an eye on their storm drains for any type of debris that may accumulate around grates.  The drain pictured here required extensive cleaning due to a buildup of litter and debris.  Only water should enter the storm drains as anything else can clog the system, leading to flooding issues.  The Public Works Department appreciates any assistance Hillsborough residents can provide in keeping waterways clean.
