Community Assistance Network Thanks Supporters for Generosity

The Community Assistance Network thanks the many residents and local organizations for their support in making the Holiday a little brighter for those residents less fortunate.  Through their generosity, the department was able to provide meals for the November and December Holidays, along with gifts for our annual December Holiday Program.

The continued generorisy and support is greatly appreciated, and makes it possible for the CAN to provide the services they do.

Also, a reminder those  who may be experiencing financial difficulty in obtaining food for their families, that the CAN is here to help.

One last thank you  to Mrs. Juhasz’s Hillsborough High School Classes and other HS Staff members as they  "Pay it Forward". In-person/hybrid Hillsborough High School students from Mrs. Melissa Juhasz’s classes and other staff members collected various necessary food items during the month of December as part of a lesson on “giving back” and “paying it forward.” Students sorted, categorized, inventoried, packaged, and loaded fifteen bags of 112 food items to donate to the Hillsborough Food Pantry on December 22, 2020.
