The Public Works department's efforts continue to be exclusively busy with its winter operations as this month of February has provided a snowstorm or more every week so far. We encourage residents to observe town ordinances pertaining to snowstorms. Please continue to keep vehicles parked off of the street and to place snow from your driveway and sidewalks on your own property.
Because of the repetitive storms and limited melting cycles there has been unusual amounts of snow built up off of the curbs in some areas. We are aware of this and need your help with clearing around your own mailboxes. Our primary concern is safe travel for our residents by keeping the roadways clear of snow and ice.
