Hillsborough Community Assistance Network (C.A.N.) food bank Seeks Springtime Items for Clients

The Hillsborough Township Community Assistance Network, or C.A.N. is preparing for the upcoming Spring Easter and Passover holiday season.  Anyone interested in helping please consider donating holiday items or small or medium size baskets that could be used to create holiday baskets for our food pantry clients.  Holiday items will be accepted until March 17, 2021.

Also needed are items for “Spring Cleaning”.  Some examples of acceptable items are sponges, dish cloths, spray cleaners, bleach and handi-wipes.

Donations may be dropped off at the Social Services office Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  For your convenience, a shopping cart is available for contactless drop-off near the wooden gazebo located behind the municipal building.  Please park behind the library and look for the shopping cart on the sidewalk, near the gazebo.  Call the Social Services Department at 908-369-3880 if you have any questions.
