2021 Homestead Rebate

The State of New Jersey has released the 2018 Homestead Rebates. There were 1,858 residents that will be receiving this credit, totaling $1,086,000. The credits have been applied to the 2nd quarter taxes that are due on May 1st. The tax office will be mailing out new bills for those property owners who received the rebate later this week. Unlike the regular tax bills, this is a small, single sheet which shows the adjustment to your 2nd quarter taxes.
