There’s still time to register for some of our 2022 Fall Activities. Our Recreation Department offers programs for a variety of age groups and interests. Here’s a few programs that we are highlighting:
The Recreation Department is excited to announce one more FREE Movie Under the Stars to close out our Summer Movies in the Park Series.
What’s even more exciting is we will be featuring Moana on a massive 40 Foot screen at Singley Park on Friday, September 16th.
The movie starts at 7:30pm and the ice cream truck will be visiting as well so please have some cash with you if you would like to purchase goodies. Bring your lawn chairs or blankets and enjoy Moana under the stars.

Next up - Musical Theatre Workshop is a 6 week program for children in Grades 3-8. This program is a "must" for every star in training! Gain confidence and experience in singing, dancing, and acting through theatre games and improvisation. Students will work towards a musical review production of "The Little Mermaid." This class is run by Fresh Theatre Arts and is held on Wednesday evenings here at the Peter J. Biondi Municipal Building. Although it has started, they are still accepting participants.
Tennis and Pickelball lessons are being offered this fall. Pickleball is a growing sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis and table tennis. Be sure to check out the pickleball courts at Mr. C’s Field.
Yoga in the Park returns this Fall on Saturday mornings at Willow Road Park. Get connected with nature this fall with E-RYT500 certified instructor, Joni Dunphey. In addition to our popular Saturday morning Yoga class we are also offering a Meditation & Light Stretching class on Wednesday evenings from 7 - 7:45pm in the Front Multipurpose Room at the Municipal Complex. Both classes $75 per person and registration is done online at www.hilllsboroughnjrecreation.org
