Stop by the Municipal Complex beginning Monday, October 3rd to see the approximately 50 scarecrows on display as part of the 2nd Annual Scarecrow Festival. All scarecrows are handcrafted and submitted by Hillsborough Township residents, employees, businesses, and other groups and organizations. The Scarecrow Festival will run through the end of October and residents will be able to vote on their favorite crow!
