Your application must be accompanied by the following documents (photocopy or scan)

• Driver’s License
• Current (and valid) hunting license
• Liability insurance (minimum of $1 million coverage)

Type your answers on the form, save the file to your computer and email, along with required documents, to clerksoffice@hillsborough-nj.org

Mail it in
Print the form and mail, along with required documents, to:

Drop it Off
Place in Tax Collector dropbox located at the Police entrance to the Municipal Building. 
**Be sure to clearly mark "Wildlife Program"
