Did you know that Social Services Provides Free Senior Bus Trips?

The Hillsborough Senior Citizen buses provide safe and dependable transportation for individuals 60 and over. This service provides curb-to-curb service for a variety of essential activities to help keep seniors independent and thriving.

The bus takes seniors to a different mall, Walmart, or department store every fourth Thursday. Even if you drive, you can take advantage of these trips to avoid traffic, highways, and crowded parking lots. This month, they are going to Boscovs in Woodbridge on Thursday the 26th.

Arrangements for transportation can be made by calling the Department of Social Services at 908-369-3880. The bus operates Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM. All passengers must first register to ride by providing a completed registration form to the office. This form can be found through the link on the Social Services web page, or by calling the office.
