Soliciting Without a Permit

At this time, no businesses are registered for solicitor or peddler licenses with Hillsborough Township, nor are there any applications pending. Anyone currently soliciting business door-to-door is doing so without a permit. You can report any business that is soliciting in your neighborhood to the police department’s non-emergency number at 908-369-4323. Please note that this doesn’t include political or religious canvassing. Hillsborough doesn’t currently have a no-knock list.
