Clothing Bin Updates

Recently, there have been questions from the community about the clothing donation bins in the Lowe’s Parking Lot. These bins were painted last week and now have new messaging attached. As there were many rumors regarding these bins and who benefits from the donations, please note that donations for these bins benefit Hillsborough Youth Services Commission/Project Graduation. All donation bins in Hillsborough go through a thorough approval process with the Zoning Office before they are allowed to set up in Hillsborough and their applications are renewed every year.
