All Raffle Events Must Have a License

If your organization is hosting a raffle, including a basket auction, 50/50, door prize, or other drawing, please apply for a raffle license at least 30 days in advance. The raffle application packet can be found at the Hillsborough Township website on the Administration/Clerk page under “printable forms.” To avoid delays or rejection, please refer to the checklist that comes with the application. All applicants must also complete the Police Department’s information form, even if they have previously filled one out. Please note that Hillsborough Township doesn’t make the rules or approve the applications. All applications are submitted to the Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission (LGCCC) and can take several weeks to process.
