News From the Social Services Department

Lynn Berry from Berry’s Blossoms, located in Hillsborough, donated assorted flower arrangements to the Social Services C.A.N. Food Pantry program. Clients picked out colorful bouquets to take home.

Social Services is proud to announce that 2024 marks over 10 years of collaboration between the Community Assistance Network (C.A.N.) food pantry and the Hillsborough High School Community Work program. Each week, these dedicated students from this program help Social Services prepare to serve our C.A.N. clients. The students have been performing tasks from stocking our pantry to sorting donations and preparing bags for holiday distribution. Congratulations to the 2024 graduates, and we look forward to continuing our partnership.

The Social Services Department has begun its annual backpack with school snacks and school supplies drive.
