Social Services Announces Instrumental Meditation and Yoga Class Series

Prompted by participant request, the Hillsborough Social Services Department is announcing its second free Senior Instrumental Meditation and Yoga series in collaboration with Avalon Assisted Living at Hillsborough for Hillsborough residents aged 60 and over. The series begins on Tuesday, August 20 in honor of National Senior Citizens Day (August 21, 2024) followed by Tuesday, September 17 in celebration of Fall, themed “Welcome Fall” and on Tuesday, October 29 themed “Uplift your “Spirits”. Interested Hillsborough seniors will be required to complete registration paperwork at the Social Services Department located in the Municipal Complex, 379 South Branch Road, Hillsborough.
