Show your love this Valentine's Day and Light up Hillsborough! Stop by the Recreation office for a FREE Valentine’s Day Luminary Kit. They are available while supplies last. Each kit contains up to 10 white bags & 10 LED tea lights per family. Decorate and customize your bags with drawings or heart cutouts and place them on your porch this Valentine’s Day.
